One of the most expensive among their collections is the Harvest Collection which plays around Akoya pearls. Unlike most Caran d’ Ache fountain pens which are silver-plated, this one has platinum finish engraved with spirals around the casing of the body.
The cap has the Caran d’ Ache emblem and is accentuated by an Akoya pearl on the crown. Its nib is made of 18 carat yellow gold that is also platinum-plated with spiral engravings. It has this luster that is very typical among Swiss-made pens.
